You are unique and wonderfully made. No one can live your life. You have something to give to the world around you. Be the best you. Believe it, live it, disburse it. Yes! Weekly Health Tip: Better Sleep

To a Better Sleep No, I'm not talking about the Pillow Guy. Intentionality creates a better sleep. Let's talk about it. Suggestions: Don't drink anything a few hours before going to bed, especially coffee. Have your bedroom slightly cool. Keep your iPhone in another area instead of next to your bed. Unless you are disciplined enough to stay off it when you lay your head down. Keep a strict bedtime schedule. Build in a "wind down" time. Soothing music prior to going to bed. No high drama, pulse, type of action shows. A dark and quiet bedroom - the right environment for sleep., If you can't get to sleep, try this: Hold your breath for several seconds. Then release it slowly. You should yawn. This signals to your brain: "GO TO SLEEP." Good Night. ​​​​​​​Randy

Weekly Health Tip: Lose a Turkey

Whether you get a large turkey or a small one. The weight is between 7 pounds and 30 pounds. I'm shooting for a middle-sized turkey. What am I talking about? You may ask. The amount of pounds I'd like to lose, so the lost pounds could be one of many things I'm thankful for.  How about you? Do you have a goal? Without a goal, I guarantee you will accomplish it.  So...
