Weekly Health Tip for 12/7/22

Randy's Weekly Health Tip

We're stronger together. I believe that but have only sometimes lived it. Years ago, I tried to get healthy on my own. Worked for a little while. Then life happened, and I was more unhealthy than when I started.

For that reason, I stay connected to like-minded people. In-person or online. When connecting with a community, I receive the energy and motivation to keep going. There are days I don't feel it. But because I didn't want to be left behind, I kept up with the crowd.

Staying connected is vital to a lifelong health journey. The clients who stay joined to the community are more successful than those who do it alone.

Hope that encourages you. I record 1-minute segments on randytramp.com

Have a great day.
