Good Morning
How do we not fall into the "familiar" trap?
1. Focus on your future self. What do you see? Write it down and look at it often. Getting it real in your memory becomes a driving force.
2. That leads to tension which is between your future and your present.
3. Go into the uncomfortable. Press into the unknown. Embrace the difficulty.
It will be worth it. What do you really want? Anything worthwhile isn't easy. At the same time, when you get there, it's a reward.
Then.... set a new goal.
Keep reaching.
Until next time, keep keeping.
