Weekly Health Tip: Sleep

A good night's sleep is vital for health. The right temperature, atmosphere, and sounds are important. Cooler degrees make for a better sleep. A darkened room signals the brain to sleep. White noise, such as the rhythm of a fan, can be soothing.  Taking deep breaths and slowly releasing the air, causes one to yawn, which sends signals to the brain: "Go to sleep." So... Good Night and Sweet Dreams
