Weekly Health Tip: Crushing Cravings

Cravings can shout and demand control of our lives. Or... We can tame the urge and make it work for our goal. How can we do that? It starts with your "Why." What's your purpose in getting healthy? Mine was to pass the annual bus physical. After your why is defined, look at your future self. Get an image planted in your mind. When a craving roars, STOP and go to your future self and ask, "Will this donut get me to my goal?" CHALLENGE your craving. Then choose. Live intentionally.
