Weekly Health Tip: Living Forward

Want the best version of yourself? Of course you do. Let's talk about that. We default to our past memories. Those events shape who we are but can't get us to where we want to go. We can visit the past, but if we want to become our best, we make decisions based on our future. We learn from the past, but hook it to the future for the best results.  Here's an example:  A neighbor was rude. It becomes a negative memory. A healthy relationship can't be formed from that incident. Imagine that neighbor on their best day. (It might take stretching the imagination.) Act out of the future. See the best in that person. This can be applied to many areas of your life. See what you want to be in your future and cancel out the past. Every day is a new day, unless you are living in the used part of yesterday. I talk about this on my blog:  Snippets: Live Forward (snippetsofbrillance.blogspot.com) Thank you to all of you who commented. Keep it coming. I love it! Randy
