Weekly Health Tip: Quit Quiting

Good Morning There are times in life where one feels as though getting ahead is stepping backwards. Take heart, growth comes in difficulties.
Take Apollo 13 as an example. America stayed glued to reports of a crippled space craft. Initially, we anxiously awaited a moon landing. Instead, we turned to a successful earth landing.
Their mission changed. They rose to the challenge of, "Failure is not an option." Because of that view, they made it home.
Life delivers blows. How one responds determines success or failure. As stated above, growth deepens in tension. It's true with physical, spiritual, and emotional.
So...

Embrace the difficult.
Endure the challenges.
Enter new growth.
