Benefits of Walking: Conquer your fears. Make your brain younger. Reduced stress. Feel happier. Double creative ideas. Focused and productive. Turn off anxious thoughts. Decrease inflammation. Improved relationship. I enjoy movement. Not so when I was unhealthy and obese. I sat a lot. Dr James Levine, Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic says, "Sitting is the new smoking." Something happens during walking. Energy and clearness of mind are only two benefits. I look forward to my walks and talks. It's a time I gather my thoughts.
