Weekly Health Tip: Importance of Connection

Connection. It's the difference between good and best. When connected to an organization or community, we join with the energy of the group. It's like a nuclear bomb going off. Cells hit cells and produce power. For me, it's been the reason I've seen success. Mentors that are miles ahead of me coach me in that direction. It's why I say, "Let's do life together."  I connect with different groups. My church. My writing group. Health community, and parenting group. I need them. They need me. Together we accomplish so much more. Settle for good or go for the best? In the former you can probably do it yourself. The latter, you need community.

Having lost 200 pounds, I've coached others to health success. Set up a time for a Free Health Assessment. What do you have to lose? Let's talk about it.

But other issues cause struggles within the family, leading to distrust and hurt. Steele takes dangerous risks in his new work. The thriller plot thickens, as he seeks to save a life. But can he save his family?
