Weekly Health Tip: Affirmations

What you say about yourself can cause you to win or lose. Affirmations like: I AM Confident I AM a Winner I AM Brave I AM Living my Best Life I AM Alert I AM a Friend I AM Free I AM Healthy I AM Adventurous Each day's affirmation will be different depending upon what you are facing. Each day I write 5 "I AM's"  Along with that, I jot down 5 things I'm thankful for.  I determine what event could trip me up and have a battle plan.  Writing the affirmations sets my day towards that goal. Try it. I'd love to hear how this works for you. For me, I couldn't go a day without those early morning affirmations that I declare over myself. Randy
