Weekly Health Tip: Daily Do

Following your daily routine is the key to being the best version of yourself. I was tired this morning. Wanted more sleep. My daily routine knocked on my door, and I answered. What's in motion tends to stay in motion. The opposite is also true. If I give into myself one day, the next will be more difficult.  What's your daily schedule? Follow it until it's engrained into you. The only time I change my routine is the day or days before. And only for a good reason.  When muscles grow tired, more is built in that moment than otherwise. It's the same with our discipline. Since I pushed through and drug myself out of bed, I became stronger.  So, fire up the daily do and don't give yourself a break. (Unless you plan for it.) That's if you want the best life possible.
