Weekly Health Tip: Being Real

Good Morning Want to find out what's in the storeroom? Do an inventory. It was one of my favorite things to do when I worked at the Federal Prison. What has that to do with health? When I took account of what we had, I knew what I needed to do.  I took an inventory of my health and found I came up short. Actually long. I let myself slip. I found out that eating a little unhealthy food led to the appetite of their friends, and they wanted to party. First Newton law: What's in motion stays in motion.  I went back to the beginning. I focused on my future self and asked "Is this going to help me get to and keep my goal?" I didn't condemn myself, only said, "I need help." In going back to the beginning, I also sought good nutritious information. Feed the brain and the brain feeds the body.

Having lost 200 pounds, I've coached others to health success. Set up a time for a Free Health Assessment. What do you have to lose? Let's talk about it.
