Weekly Health Tip: Resolution

We are about to welcome in 2024. A time for Resolutions. A time for Change. A time for New. I enjoy this time of the year.  I can start over, improve, or start something new.  I gained pounds over the holiday season. I'm targeting those unwanted guests. It's my first resolution. How will I carry it out? Glad you asked. First with a clear goal. Check. Connecting with my future self. Check. Connecting with my community. Check. Feeding my mind with healthy information. Check. Engaging. Check. Check. and Check. In connecting with my future self, I desire energy, a good sleep and alertness. It's my goal beyond the taste of food. Connecting with my community, when being challenged, I silence the inner voice that wants to feed me "Feel Good" emotions. It's the same with healthy information. Then I Just Do It.  So...  Start your engines. 2024 will be more of the less.   YES?

Having lost 200 pounds, I've coached others to health success. Set up a time for a Free Health Assessment. What do you have to lose? Let's talk about it.

Amazon Review:

It's a military thriller with a heart. Commander Mark Steele has an exciting job in Special Forces. Though it's dangerous, he knows his work is critically important. But that job separates him from his wife and child. When an injury brings him home, his wife is glad to have him back. But other issues cause struggles within the family, leading to distrust and hurt. Steele takes dangerous risks in his new work. The thriller plot thickens, as he seeks to save a life. But can he save his family?
