Weekly Health Tip: Declarations

I woke up this morning sluggish, not wanting to move and motivate.  As a daily habit, I make 5 declarations. I am .... I declared I would live healthy. Something happened in my spirit. It was like fuel poured into me. Other declarations had the same result.  Motivation was the result of declaring what I desired and the path to take. I went for my morning swim.  Every day, make declarations of your future self. Maybe you're expecting a tough day at work. I am productive. I am self-controlled. I am positive. Look at your day and make I am declarations. I works.
