Weekly Health Tip: Fat Burn

Ketosis is a metabolic state characterized by elevated levels of ketone bodies in the blood or urine. It's a normal response to low glucose availability. Another way to put it: mild fat burn. This is a wonderful place to be. Clearness of mind, more energy, better sleep, and best of all, you are losing weight. You see these results in three days. I personally love the feeling of ketosis. I was motivated by this thought: "If I slip off my health journey, I'll slip out of ketosis." It kept me on track. My health coach helped me. Maybe you're on your weight-loss journey, or you've made it, and you're maintaining, or you haven't begun. No matter where you're at on your health journey, keep going.
