Healthy options at popular fast food places. Hope this list helps! 1. Five Guys - make a burger bowl or lettuce wrap and load it up with veggies. Skip the bread. 2. Panera - has a delicious Green Goddess salad. You can do the chicken and egg, and only use one of the dressings. Choose an apple instead of bread for your side. 3. Panda Express - choose the super greens, the non-breaded chicken, and skip the rice! 4. Jimmy Johns - allows you to unwich all the sandwich options and do lettuce wraps instead! 5. Olive Garden - did you know they have zucchini noodles? Ask for extra veggies and grilled chicken! 6. Chick-fil-A - did you know a 12 pack of grilled nuggets together with a side salad will fit the requirements for a healthy meal? Ask for low carb/low fat dressing and enjoy! You won’t experience that afternoon slump from too many lunchtime carbs with any of these meals. You will be more alert for the rest of your workday.
