Weekly Health Tip: Emotional Eating

Emotional eating took me to obesity. I calmed my emotions by opening the refrigerator.  How did I conquer that? Glad you asked. I came to a point of crisis. Staying the same, remaining obese, was not an option.  I wanted to be healthy for many years. Then, I accepted that I would always be obese. Until... The crisis. I reached out for help.  You may say to yourself, "I'd like to be healthy, but..." Well, your "but" is stopping you from optimal living. When your health goals are stronger than your excuses, you will do something. In 2021, I fired up my determination and pushed through obstacles. I threw logs onto that fire by staying connected with my health coach and community. I couldn't have done this myself, and I wouldn't maintain a healthy weight if I hadn't stayed connected.  BE STRONGER THAN YOUR EXCUSES

Having lost 200 pounds, I've coached others to health success. Set up a time for a Free Health Assessment. What do you have to lose? Let's talk about it.
