Weekly Health Tip: One Thing

Good Morning Welcome to all new subscribers. It's a pleasure to include you in this community.  Having a focus is vital. It's the difference between a spray or a stream line. We have many things going on in a day, but what's the 1 thing you want to accomplish? It could be to slow down when eating. Or, drink more water. On Sundays, my one thing is to shut down and rest. It creates a break in my schedule and resets my life. On Mondays, my 1 thing is different.  Each morning, I view the day and determine the focus I desire. I write it down. The more specific, the more focused.  A double-minded person can not expect much return. I have used this method for a long time and it works for me.
