Weekly Health Tip: New Thinking

Want something different? More improvement? Better health? I believe everyone wants that. It's called living.

If what you are doing isn't getting you to where you want to go, change.

A few years ago, I was with a friend. We were headed to an event in Kentucky.  After picking me up at the airport, he programed the address into his GPS. You're probably ahead of me on this because more than likely you've encountered the less than perfect device that has a mind of its own. We were lost.

If we continued to trust the GPS, who knows where we'd end up. Timbucktoo? We did what goes against every man's instinct. We asked for help. The UPS driver was so nice that she said, "Follow me."

We did and found our event in the mountains of Kentucky.

In health, I followed a good friend who knew the path. I did everything he instructed me to do. Charlie didn't have to convince me that what I had been doing was wrong. I already knew it.

That was over two years ago, and I'm maintaining a healthy lifestyle because I know I have to continually brush up on the Habits of Health. Sure, I slip at times, but it tells me, "Randy, you need assistance. Don't do this by yourself."

That's the reason I publish reels and Facebook lives. Also on YouTube and TikTok. I mainly speak to myself and allow others to listen to a refresher course I desperately need.   Join me and let's do life together.

Having lost 200 pounds, I've coached others to health success. Set up a time for a Free Health Assessment. What do you have to lose? Let's talk about it.
