Weekly Health Tip: Why are you on a Health Journey?

Why? It's a powerful question. One that deserves exploration. Answer that one question and discover your motivation. I'd like to suggest it be more than losing weight. That's a great benefit, but it shouldn't be the end goal. More than a new wardrobe. Again, nice benefit. Dig deep. What do you really want? For me, it's improved life. I want greater self-control, more clarity, and increased energy. So, I can do more. I desire the best possible life. I want every bite to work towards that goal. How about you? Why are you on your health journey?  Once you've dug deep, use that "why" power. Will power only gets you so far. "Why" power is powerful.  Share your why with me.
