Together Strong in Struggles

A naturalist observed a butterfly struggling. He helped it by carefully untangling it. The butterfly flew a few feet then died. The naturalist took the butterfuly into his house to observe it under a microscope to determine why it died. He found the butterfuly was not fully developed. After its metomorphis from a caterpillar the new creation had to flutter its wings to get stronger. It's the same with us. Struggle makes us stronger. With installed daily habits, I'm able to press on in difficult days. With a community, I'm able to press on in tough moments. There are smooth sailing days. There are rough sea days. (Memories of my Navy days -lol)  When we've built up in the good days, we move us through the down days. Be successful in the little, to become great in the much.  Doing life together is the key. We weren't made to go it alone.

Having lost 200 pounds, I've coached others to health success. Set up a time for a Free Health Assessment. What do you have to lose? Let's talk about it.
