Spring Newness

Spring is in the air. Time to get rid of the old and bring in the new.  It's also a great time to evaluate your health.  Are you where you want to be? Can you rid yourself of something? What's your new vision of your future self? You could probably come up with other questions. Evaluation is healthy. The next step is equally important. Pulling the trigger. If you are like me, little things crept in. Habits that started small, then grew. Let's pull those weeds (bad habits) before they take deep root. I'm reminded of a story: A teacher took a student to the woods and told him, "Rid the woods of these trees." "Oh, I can't do that." "What if you started when these trees were just beginning? Could you have done it then?" "Yes. All I would have to do is pull them out of the ground." I believe you get the point.
